Welcome to the MC-Days and Bike rock'n'roll in Västervik 29 juli - 1 augusti 2010

Music, gathering and fair by the sea in a uniqe environment on the east coast of Sweden. 

MC-Dagarna has developed fast and heavily - without losing the glorious atmosphere of motorcyclelife. Last summer 5 300 bikers came to Västervik and our camping. This year we offer four nights of concerts.

If you are a club you have the possibility to prebook space at our camping so you can camp together. Just send an E-mail to jessica@klarkullen.se. The camping is right next to the fair and concert area and we have provisional showers and Toilettes. No trailers are allowed at the camping area.

The city of Västervik, on the eastcoast of Sweden, is indeed a motorcycle city during the four days that MC-Dagarna takes place. Swedens most popular motorcyclemagazine, MC-Nytt, takes part in our event. MC-dagarna is located on Gränsö slott in the archipelago of Västervik. There is no better place for a bike meet in Sweden, we dare to say.

Some of the highlights:

Guldbågen - a competition where the hottest bike in Scandinavia is choosen. The winner, besides the honour, gets 50 000 sek.Visit our fair on Saturday to take a look at the pieces of art that are shown on our lawn.

The cortège - a fantastic event. 25 000 spectators waving when the motorcycle procession, which is about a mile long, is driving through the streets of Västervik. The entire inner city is closed for all other traffic.This is the biggest citycortège in Sweden today. You may also plan to go in the cortège clubwise. The cortège will have its own speaker and will be more like bikecarnival. Show your clubemblem, find a way to show who you are, were you come from and what you ride...

The concerts - over the years several artists and classic rockbands have been on stage on MC-Dagarna for example Status Quo, Andrew Strong, Kim Larsen, Jerry Williams, Slade and Sweet.

The Fair - Meet and shop from more than 50 exhibitors like Bridgestone and Harley Davidson. The fair is open Thursday-Sunday. Last year we had 10 000 visitors at the fair.
